Ideal Insurance is the brain child of our CEO, Mr Rahul Agarwal. A qualified CFA and MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management, he ventured into the Insurance Business in the year 2001. He is an accomplished leader in all practical terms by virtue of his talents, qualitative skills & abilities. An able leader who is always leading from the front and ensuring that not only the organization but also all employees move forward at brisk pace. His brilliant, agile marketing skills have resulted in the organization bagging the most difficult portfolios in a sought after manner, that has become the trend of Ideal Insurance. He has not only carved out a successful & professionally managed business house, but also met the dream expectations of all stakeholders.

Rahul Mohata – COO, (The Crisis Manager)
Mr. Mohata has worked extensively in marketing of Financial Products in the retail segment. Before joining Ideal, he was heading one of the largest Agency in General Insurance and also has vast experience in Personal Financial Products. He is a strong Administrator and great at Data analysis. He strongly advocates use of IT to improve business processes and under him Ideal has gone through many positive changes over the recent times and customer satisfaction has grown immensely. He is a constant driving force and heads entire Finance, Administration and Operations apart from making his Own contribution in Corporate Sales and Crisis Management!

Amit Agarwal – Director Corporate, (The James Bond)
Mr. Agarwal is a young and dynamic professional with strong connections. A CFA and MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management, relationship management is his forte. He is responsible for managing Corporate Business and relations with our clients across India. He spearheads new business initiatives in the company and is very aggressive in developing newer markets. Under his leadership the company is making rapid progress particularly in Delhi Rajasthan Orissa, etc. His theme of success has been to hit the nail right at its head. His self designed business model is well aligned with customers’ necessities, bringing value to clients and setting benchmark of services quality.  

 

Ravi Kothari – Director Retail, (The Guru)

Mr. Kothari is a qualified CA but his flair for Sales made him one of the very few people in the Indian Insurance industry who knows how to drive Retail Business – PROFITABLY. His lead generation and customer retention skills are completely out of the box. He brings lot of discipline to work and will leave no stone unturned to bring a positive difference to everyone around him. Mr. Malani (LIII, Licentiate - Indian Insurance Institute) is an enthusiastic person who has come up in life purely by his never say die attitude. His passion to create his own market have paved the way to acquire clients through Blind Calls, which is one of a unique model followed by Ideal. Our SME Vertical, which is one of its kind in the Insurance Industry is spearheaded under the guidance of Mr. Malani. He is the chief underwriter of Ideal. Comes with a rich experience in Risk Management from ICICI Lombard. He is the man behind designing all the complex proposals to match our clients needs. His understanding of the subject, Passion for Insurance and excellent relationship skills – Both with Insurers and Clients – has given a strong boost to the Ideal Team
